What we propose

Volunteering is a unique way to experience Nepal and to make a difference in the community. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. All of our sucesses and achievements in local devolpment have been due to the hard work, passion and creativity of our past volunteers. Our volunteering program is organized in the scope of our charity organization High Himalayan Community Projects Nepal (HHCPN).

High Himalayan Trekking and Expedition provides challenging customized volunteer opportunities that benefit both the volunteers and the people of Nepal. We are a volunteering service focused on the development of local communities and cultural exchange rather then making money. To make volunteer work most exciting and highly educational, we have conceived an idea of home stay program where we put our volunteer together with local families of the region. This program offers our volunteers a highly rewarding holiday where they can interact with local families and participate in a fascinating cultural exchange. We believe that volunteering should not have to be expensive so volunteers only pay for transportation, food, and accommodation costs which are very cheap and reasonable (Nepali prices). This allows anyone that can make the time commitment to come volunteer. You can volunteer with us from anywhere between 1 day and 1 year, but the longer you stay the better.
