Daman village – situated 80 km south west of Kathmandu valley at an altitude of about 2,400m, is a very popular village tour.  Beautiful surrounds of tropical forests, hills and the Mahabharat ranges are in sight. 

This village tour offers so much! You can experience the spectacular mountain views, colorful hills full of Rhododendrons, as well as experiencing the local village life. If you are there in March and April you will also be lucky enough to see the blooming orchids. So if you love the nature then this is the trip for you! Daman in a four hour drive from Kathmandu.

Detailed itinerary

Day 01 :Meet at the airport by company representative and transfer to hotel

Day 02 :Full day sightseeing tours in Kathmandu world heritage sites

Day 03 : 45 min drive to Pharping and 4-5 hrs hiking to Phakhel Village. Overnight at Home-stay or tented camp

Day 04 : Hiking from Phakhel to Markhu village. Overnight at tea house - 5 hrs

Day 05 :Hiking from Markhu to Daman (2225mM) - 5-6 hrs - Overnight at Hotel

Day 06 : Explore Daman Village and drive back to Kathmandu by Bus or car 4-5 hrs - Overnight at hotel

Day 07 :Transfer to airport and final departure for onwards Journeys
